This artichoke garlic (also called softneck) is sweeter than most garlic and good for eating raw.  It is excellent for garlic braids.  Suitable for most climates.  Cloves are slightly pink and easy to peal.

We are selling large Garlic bulbs, which will separate into many individual cloves for planting.  Each clove will grow into a new compound bulb within one year.
