Email is the only accepted channel - it gives us a tracked record of every request before the platform shuts down.
Phone calls will not move this forward
We can only act on written requests. Anything received by phone has to be redirected back to this address before the migration team can pick it up.
After the deadline, recovery is not guaranteed
Hardware will be retired and backups archived. Late requests will be reviewed case-by-case with no service-level commitment. Do not delay.

Yes. The migration is being coordinated by Crexendo, the platform's parent company. If you would like to verify, look up the contact address through your billing records and confirm it matches dns@crexendo.com.
I do not manage the site directly - what do I do?
